Broken Promises

How many times have you broken a promise to yourself? How many times have you committed to working out but then never did because you were too tired? how many times have you committed to eating cleaner so your health improves, but then you didn’t? how many times have you committed to waking up early to do your devotions + speak your affirmations but then you hit snooze? how many times have you committed to ________ but then time and time again you keep breaking that promise to yourself?

I can raise my hand✋🏻and say that I have broken a long list of promises to myself. from self-sabotage with emotional eating to hitting snooze a gazillion times to quitting a workout program.

It is easy to give up on yourself because in a weird way we think that when we give up on ourselves, we are ONLY giving up on ourselves - but I call BS🙅🏼‍♀️because when you choose to give up on you, you are giving up on your family, your friends, your hopes and you dreams. the choices you make, the commitments you make, effect EVERYONE + EVERYTHING around you!

This past week I completed a promise to myself, my family, my clients, my team, and to all of you who follow my journey🤞🏻I wanted to break this promise every other week when I had to go outside and run🏃🏼‍♀️like I HATE running. But I stand here today in this glorious sunshine☀️completing 30 days of running/lifting, making smart food choices, and lots of self-care. it is sooo much more than a workout program or a meal plan - it is about you honoring you, honoring your commitment to changing your life body, mind, and spirit.

so ➡𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐓𝐨 𝐘𝐨' 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟! and if you need someone to help you stop breaking promises to yourself, I got a whole #girlgang ready to cheer you on in my virtual accountability group👯‍♀

I promise you, you are worth all the blood, sweat, and tears that it takes to change your life!!!
