Forgive me, because I totally wanted to send you this recipe for Mother's Day, but life happened:/ But at least you can make it for this weekend because it is magical!!! My kids are obsessed with it and I make it any time I host a brunch for my besties or a holiday breakfast with the fam.
BREAKFAST BLUEBERRY CROISSANT BAKE RECIPEš„

INGREDIENTSļ»æ:
āŖļø10 small croissants diced into cubes {i buy the pre-made container from my local grocery store bakery}
āŖļø1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries {i prefer fresh}
āŖļø1 {8 ounce} package cream cheese, softened
āŖļø2/3 cup sugar
āŖļø2 eggs
āŖļø1 teaspoon vanilla
āŖļø1 cup milk
āŖļøMaple Syrup optional
DIRECTIONS:
āŖļøPreheat oven to 350 degrees and add croissant pieces in a 9-inch square pan. Sprinkle those blueberries in.
āŖļøMix the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a medium bowl until well blended with an electric mixer. Slowly add milk, while mixing well in the process. Pour the mixture evenly over the croissant pieces. Let stand at least 20 minutes or soak overnight. I let mine soak overnight.
āŖļøBake at 350Ā°F for about 35 minutes or until the center is golden brown. You may want to cover it with foil for the last 10 minutes if the top starts getting too browned.
āŖļøSprinkle powdered sugar on top and serve warm. my kids do use a little maple syrup on top:)
